Rachael Ray titles new podcast I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead after sparking health concerns

Rachael Ray has announced the title of her new podcast – I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead.

The celebrity cook, 56, opened up about ‘life’s challenges’ while sharing her ‘no topic off-limits’ podcast with People.

The TV personality’s title choice comes weeks after she sparked health concerns after she appeared to slur her speech in a video.

‘I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead, quite literally, is about life’s journeys and what keeps us going,’ she told the outlet.

‘It’s unscripted, raw, and real talk. Working fuels me, connecting with people fuels me, and this platform allows for connection and conversation on a more personal level, which really fuels me,’ she added.

According to a press release, the podcast is about ‘what fuels us — our drive, resilience, and how we face life’s challenges.’

The upcoming series will feature a celebrity guest every episode to create a ‘melting pot’ of modern insight and conversations with ‘no topic off limits.’

Ray’s announcement also shared she would get candid about ‘the highs and lows of hard work, sharing raw, honest stories with people she knows and those she’s meeting for the first time.’

The New York native’s first episode will premiere on October 22 with Jenny Mollen as her special guest star. It will see them open up about the harsh realities of love and marriage.

They also explain how ‘having no filter has sometimes landed them in hot water.’

I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead’s second episode will be made available on October 29 and feature The Morning Show star Billy Crudup.

Future guest stars include the likes of Bob Harper, Anne Burrell, Harlan Coben, Jacques Pepin, Jeremy Sisto and Billy Porter.

After posting a worrying video of her slurred speaking back in early September fans rushed to her Instagram comments to pen their concerns — with some panicking she might have been diagnosed with Bell’s palsy or a mini-stroke, with the majority blaming alcohol.

‘OMG someone get this woman help!’ one user wrote. ‘She looks and acts like she has been drinking all the time. I love Racheal but she’s do hard to watch like this

Instagram user @donnagarcia1356, who’s a retired nurse from Boston, wrote: ‘One corner of her mouth is much lower than the other. The nurse in me would have her go into be checked for any side effect from a stroke or Bell’s palsy. Please make sure to get checked? Life is just too short!’
