A male LSU cheerleader is attracting heat online after appearing to shove an Ole Miss football player in the immediate aftermath of a touchdown.
LSU sealed a huge 29-26 win over the Rebels on Saturday, and it appears it wasn’t only the fans in the stands that were feeling riled up during the action.
With less than two minutes to play in the game at Tiger Stadium, Mason Taylor broke through the Ole Miss defense to score the touchdown which eventually sealed the victory for his team.
As he reached the end zone, though, Ole Miss defender Trey Washington tried to push him out of bounds before he could score.
Amid the watching crowd alongside the end zone was a male cheerleader who appeared to take exception to Washington’s push, and decided to give him one back.

Others, meanwhile, saw the funny side and joked: ‘Dude was ready lol’.
LSU’s huge win over Ole Miss takes them to 5-1 for the year, and the team currently sit eighth in the AP Top 25 rankings.
One of the school’s biggest names was also in attendance at the game on Saturday night: gymnast Olivia Dunne.

The Sports Illustrated cover star was in the stands alongside her boyfriend, Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes.
The pair met at LSU and have accompanied each other on a whirlwind 2024 journey, but still spend plenty of time together in Louisiana.
The fifth-year gymnast and Skenes, a baseball star at the school before moving onto MLB, have been spending some time together on campus of late with the latter’s season over.
Dunne previously shared a hilarious clip of Skenes trying his hand at various gymnastics apparatus at LSU’s facility.
