Cher put on a very cosy display with her boyfriend Alexander ‘AE’ Edwards as they attended the reopening of Burberry’s newly-renovated New York flagship store in Midtown Manhattan on Wednesday. 

The singer, 78, looked as trendy as ever as she held hands with her on/off toyboy Alexander – who, at 38, is 40 years her junior.

Cher turned up the heat as she flashed a black lace bra beneath a matching trench coat, and wide-leg trousers.

She accessorised with a dazzling diamond bauble on her left-ring finger and a small black bag.

The star finished off her look with a radiant palette of make-up and wore a long blonde wavy wig for the soirée.

Meanwhile, Sony Music Publishing exec Alexander cut a dapper figure in a black pin-stripe double-breasted suit.

The Burberry cocktail party marked the half-Armenian SoCal native’s first public sighting since headlining the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Tuesday night. 

Cher and Alexander have been thriving since they reconciled in September of last year.

They did so after reportedly splitting back in May.

Contrary to rumors swirling at the time, the couple were not engaged prior to their split.

Following their first meeting at Paris Fasion Week in 2022, the Little Man singer was spotted holding hands with her much younger beau at Craigs in early November 2022.

During the first time their relationship was on, Cher poked fun at the age gap between her and Alexander when asked by a fan what she liked about him on social media.

While some fans showed concern for the ‘Goddess of Pop’ when she was dating Amber’s ex the first time around, Cher dismissed their fears.

‘I’m in love, not blinded by it,’ she blithely replied.

Earlier this year Cher cheekily quipped that she prefers to have younger boyfriends because all of the men in her age group have died.

Cher has a long had a reputation for dating younger men — she was involved with actor Rob Camilletti in 1986 when she was 40 and he was 22.

The singer has two sons – Chaz Bono, 55; and Elijah Blue Allman, 48 – from her marriages to the late Sonny Bono and Gregg Allman, which ended in 1975 and 1978.
