Gigi Hadid says she was proud to work with so many veteran models during the Victoria’s Secret fashion show this week.
The New York runway event also featured icons like Carla Bruni, 56, Tyra Banks, 50, Kate Moss, 50, Adriana Lima, 43, Irina Shayk, 38, Alessandra Ambrosio, 43, and Candice Swanepoel, 35.
‘It’s just really great,’ the 29-year-old sister of Bella Hadid, who was also in the show, told Extra.
‘Like, there’s so many women that I’ve grown up in this industry with and have known through different chapters of my career.
‘There’s girls that I watched in the show when I was still in high school and was such a fan of them.’
When Gigi was in high school most of these models named earlier were in their 20s or 30s.

Gigi also liked that the company is now full of women.
‘It’s really fun now because Victoria’s Secret is really being run by and led by women,’ noted the pinup who romances Bradley Cooper.
The Vogue and Elle model admitted that being a mom has changed her attitude towards the event.
Gigi – who has daughter Khai, four, with ex-partner Zayn Malik – said: ‘I think also being a mom and just appreciating the time that I get to work and prioritize the jobs that I really want to do…
‘There’s more focus on being present and really taking it all in like what does it smell like, look around, don’t black out at the end of the runway, remember what you’re doing and really be there.’
The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in New York featured musical performances from Cher, Tyla and BLACKPINK’s Lisa, while Ashley Graham and Valentina Sampaio also walked the runway.

Gigi previously admitted that she loves being a mom.
The model told the Sunday Times newspaper: ‘She has already given me so much. I always wanted to be a mom, but I was never obsessive about it or [thought that] I was put on this Earth to be a mom.’
Gigi also thinks she had a baby at the perfect time in her life.
She said: ‘I’ve always been quite organized, so having Khai at the time that I did was a blessing. I’m so glad to be a young mom.’
