Letting her luxurious brown hair cascade freely over her shoulders in sumptuous curls, she highlighted her agelessly luminous complexion with makeup.
Brooke and her fiancé could be seen holding hands as they headed into the restaurant, she with a radiant smile on her face.
Scott teamed his suit with a classic white dress shirt, which he wore without a tie, leaving a couple of his top buttons tantalizingly undone.
Before her romance with Scott, Brooke was married to plastic surgeon Garth Fisher of Extreme Makeover fame, then to Baywatch heartthrob David Charvet.
She is a mother of four, with two children from each of her husbands – Neriah, 24, and Sierra, 22, with Garth, as well as Heaven, 17, and Shaya, 16, with David.
Brooke and Scott struck up their romance in 2019 and got engaged in September 2021 but remain unmarried three years later.
She has explained that she and Scott ‘feel married,’ but their hectic family life with their respective children has gotten in the way of planning a major event.

‘We hoped to get married in May, and May came and went quickly,’ she told People magazine in a joint interview with Scott this June.
‘School, two of our children turning 16, getting their driver’s license, Sierra graduating from USC. Neriah was supposed to be on tour. We finished building our home in Arizona,’ Brooke continued.
‘We didn’t have a minute to breathe, let alone plan the greatest party of our life. So back to the drawing board, and now we need to get really busy.’
Scott shared his own view of the situation, opining: ‘I think for us, it’s having the experience. I mean, the whole reason to do it, too, is for the kids and for us and the family. So we want to do it right. We just don’t want to rush into it.’
He added: ‘I said we could always go get married on a weekend or plan something quick, but we want to just do it right.’
