Farmer Wants a Wife’s Dean debuts new girlfriend and hints at engagement following his shock walk out on show

Farmer Wants A Wife star Dean Blanckensee has gone Instagram official with his new girlfriend – and is already hinting at their upcoming wedding plans.

The cattle farmer, 26, who in April shocked FWAW viewers by walking out on his love interest Teegan, revealed the exciting news on social media on Monday.

Dean posted an adorable photo with his beautiful new partner while they tenderly embraced at sunset on the outskirts of his farm in regional Queensland.

The lovebirds were all smiles in the sweet picture which captured them enjoying some alone time at the secluded location.

He captioned the snap, ‘This farmer may have found a wife.’

Dean has not publicly revealed the identity of his new partner or how long they have been dating. 

Many of Dean’s reality star friends quickly took to the comment section to congratulate him on the exciting news.

‘You better not be joking because we have started planning the bucks party,’ quipped series veteran Farmer Joe Bobbin.

‘When’s the wedding, I’ll be celebrant,’ added Farmer Bert Harris.

In April, things came to a head on FWAW as Farmer Dean shockingly walked out on his love interest Teegan. 

The tight bond between the pair initially sparked jealousy among her love rivals.  

Dean was confronted by his two other love interests, Bella and Tiffany, who over dinner questioned why they were even staying at the farm when Dean only had eyes for Teegan. 

After they aired their grievances, Dean went outside to think before leaving the farm to be alone for the night.

‘Seeing them all upset and stuff is not what I’m here for,’ he said, adding he was ‘torn up’ by the experience. 

‘I don’t want to break anyone’s heart. That is the last thing I want in this experience,’ Dean said before walking out, leaving the women stunned and Teegan sobbing at the table. 

The 25-year-old cattle and watermelon farmer from Kandanga, Queensland, and the 23-year-old childcare educator from NSW, had an immediate connection.

However, things between them did not last and they called time on their relationship shortly after exiting the series.
