Martha Stewart makes another bombshell confession about the ex-husband she cheated on

Martha Stewart has revealed she hasn’t spoken to her ex-husband Andrew ‘Andy’ Stewart in over 20 years.

After recently admitting having an affair during her marriage to her first and only spouse was ‘easy’, the businesswoman made another bombshell revelation about her ex while speaking at the New York premiere of her Netflix documentary on Monday.

Asked if her former spouse had seen the documentary, Martha, 83, replied: ‘The ex-husband? I have no idea.’

‘I haven’t talked to him for over 20 years, sadly,’ she added to People.

Martha and Andy were married from 1961 to 1990 and share daughter Alexis Stewart, who they welcomed in 1965.

The businesswoman revealed that she hasn’t spoken to Andy in over two decades 

The lifestyle mogul’s comments come after she recently confessed that it was ‘very easy’ to keep her cheating a secret for 30 years.

Speaking at the launch party for her 100th book in Manhattan earlier this month, Martha made the quip about her infidelity when friend Lee Brian Schrager joked: ‘If you’re looking for ideas [for another book] maybe you could talk about how you [had] an affair that happened 30 years ago and you kept it a secret, how is that possible?’

Taking the mic out of Lee’s hand, Martha replied with a grin on her face: ‘Very easy, you have to be circumspect.’

She previously revealed in the trailer for her upcoming documentary Martha that she was unfaithful to Andy.

Fans will get a glimpse into her life in the upcoming Netflix documentary, where she comes clean about her cheating.

In the trailer for the documentary, Martha said: ‘Young women, listen to my advice, if you’re married and your husband starts to cheat on you, he’s a piece of s**t. Get out of that marriage.’

‘Didn’t you have an affair early on?’ the producer quipped, to which Martha replied, ‘Yeah, but I don’t think Andy ever knew about that.’

Martha started dating Andy — who has been her only husband to date — when she was just 19 and he was 23, after they were set up on a blind date.

Martha and Andy tied the knot in 1961, but divorced 29 years later 

The couple married in 1961. However, by 1987, the pair had separated, and their divorce was finalized in 1990.

In an exclusive interview with MailOnline in 2014, author Jerry Oppenheimer, who penned the Martha biography Just Desserts, claimed that Martha ‘treated her husband shabbily’.

He said: ‘She had a hellish marriage of more than a quarter century during which she treated her husband shabbily. It was a horrific union that ended in a nasty divorce.’

Martha wowed while attending the premiere of her Netflix film on Monday night.

She wore a lavender zip-up jacket, metallic silver pants, and peep-toe high heels. 

The star was joined by Sting’s wife, Trudie Styler, 70, who cut an elegant figure in a cream coat and skirt.

Designer Tory Burch, 58, was also in attendance, and looked chic as ever in an oversized black coat with a gold belt buckle.

Jamie Tisch, 56, rocked a beaded snakeskin coat and matching heels for the occasion, while writer Candace Bushnell, 65, sparkled in a glittering navy mini dress and heels.
