Real Housewives star Dawn Ward reveals shocking results of facelift on the ‘worst day’ of recovery after selling her multi-million pound mansion amid financial woes

Dawn Ward has shown off the shock results of her facelift on Instagram months after selling her multi-million pound mansion amid financial woes.

The former Real Housewives of Cheshire star, 51, recently went under the knife and showed off her swollen face on Instagram on Monday.  

Dawn was pictured with a black covering around the outline of her face, and with  tape across her cheeks and below her eyes.

Her blonde hair was scooped up in a bun and she wore a maroon polo as she propped herself up in bed.  

She told her followers in a video: ‘This is day 2, my face is really really tight. Apparently, this is my worst day. ‘

But it wasn’t all bad, as the reality star has found some reality TV to binge before she can show off the results. 

She added: ‘Little update, on a good note I’ve just found Married At First sight series six so I’m super happy.’  

Dawn admitted that she had been inundated with comments from fans asking why she has felt the need to change her face in the first place.

But the TV star insisted that she just wanted to retain her youth with the cosmetic surgery, and there is no drastic change taking place. 

She added: ‘I’m not changing the way I look, I’m just wanting to look like a fresher version of myself. Loads of my friends have had it done. 

‘Just having a little freshen up, so there you go!’

The surgery comes after a series of money woes for Dawn, as MailOnline exclusively revealed, and she had to sell her £6.5 million mansion earlier this year.

Dawn was an original cast member on The Real Housewives of Cheshire in 2015 but left towards the end of 2020

She has been married to former footballer Ashley Ward since 1995 and they have four daughters together

The reality star became a grandmother for the second time earlier this year, when her daughter Darby, 28, gave birth to a little girl 

She parted ways with her Grade II listed Warford Hall property having been hit with four County Court Judgements over unpaid bills totalling more than £62,000.

Dawn, who now lives in Dubai with her ex-footballer husband Ashley Ward, was being chased over a £40,255 debt by merchant bank and wealth advisers, Close Brothers.

She also had three more county court judgments against her by unnamed parties, the first for £19,812, the second for £1,270 and a third of £960.

Former Norwich star Ashley, 53, has a £400 county court judgement against him, according to public records.
