Pete Davidson flaunts bare arms after having tattoos removed as he emerges from rehab looking healthier than ever

Pete Davidson has been lasering off his tattoos for the last few years, and now it seems that the process is almost complete.

The comedian, 30, made a rare public appearance on Wednesday following his summer rehab stint, and fans couldn’t help but notice that his arms were noticeably bare.

Davidson is known for his extensive tattoos, which include sleeves on both arms, as well as inkings on his torso, back, and legs.

However, the troubled star’s arms were almost back to their natural state as he joined Machine Gun Kelly at the Los Angeles Clippers’ opening game at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, Los Angeles this week.

His skin looked tanned with a healthy glow and he had a warm, friendly smile on his face.

The former SNL star paid tribute to his late father and wore a sentimental shirt in honor of the New York City firefighter, who died heroically saving others in the 9/11 terrorist attacks in 2001.

He sported a red FDNY T-shirt with the organization’s logo and ‘Fire Dept of New York’ across the front.

Davidson checked into a wellness facility to seek mental health treatment in late July.

Back in 2021, Davidson confirmed that he was ‘burning off’ his tattoos so that he could get more film roles.

During an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, the actor said he wants to have his tattoos removed so that he doesn’t have to spend ‘three hours’ in makeup every day getting them covered up.

‘I honestly never thought that I would get the opportunity to act and I love it a lot,’ he said at the time.

‘You have to get there three hours earlier to cover all your tattoos, because for some reason, people in movies, they don’t have them that much,’ he continued.

And Pete admitted the process of getting his ink removed is ‘worse’ than the pain that comes with the tattoo itself.

He told Seth, ‘So now I’m burning them off, but burning them off is worse than getting them.

‘Because not only are they, like, burning off your skin, but you’re wearing these big goggles, right? So you can’t see anything and the doctor’s in there with you,’ he continued.

‘So before he goes to laser each tattoo, you have to hear him announce what the tattoo is to make sure if you want to keep it or not.

‘So I’ll just be sitting there all high off of the [nitrous oxide] … and then all of a sudden I’ll just hear, “Are we keeping the Stewie Griffin smoking a blunt?” And then I have to sit there and be like, “No, Dr. G.”‘
