The superstar songstress, 55, could be seen entering World Market in Sherman Oaks before returning with a shopping trolley during the daytime excursion.
Gwen rocked a stylish outfit of distressed blue jeans and a simple black long-sleeved top during the outing.
The Hollaback Girl singer added an eye-catching, colourful checked gilet that featured a dog-tooth pattern on the collar fold and two large pockets.
She toted her belongings in a La Milanesa tote bag which was adorned with mini stuffed animal finger puppets.

The star appeared in high spirits as she flashed a smile while picking up a cart full of decorations before heading home.
The shopping trip comes after the singer was branded ‘unrecognisable’ by fans over her dramatic new look on the latest episode of The Voice.
Gwen returned to the show as a coach on Monday’s Battles round, but it was her hairstyle that stole the show.
The No Doubt star ditched her signature icy platinum strands and rocked warm blonde wavy tresses with prominent bangs framing her face.
Following the episode, fans flooded social media with discussions about Gwen’s surprising hairstyle choice, with one writing: ‘Please Gwen the blonde wig (mop) looks AWFUL.’
She debuted the sunny new hairstyle on Season 26 of the musical talent competition.
Earlier this year, Gwen announced a new album titled Bouquet.
It comes after Gwen was branded ‘unrecognizable’ by fans over her dramatic new look on the latest episode of The Voice

Taking to Instagram, the blonde bombshell was seen in a cowgirl hat and a three-piece plaid suit as she lay on a bed, hinting her new tracks will have a country flare.
And the No Doubt veteran also shared that she will be singing a duet with her country singer husband Blake Shelton.
‘My fifth studio album, Bouquet, will be in full bloom on November 15th,’ wrote the diva in her caption.
‘Pre-order Bouquet available NOW exclusively on my online store, including a limited edition sky blue vinyl.
‘The first single, Somebody Else’s, will be available everywhere starting TOMORROW at 9pm PST / Friday at 12am EST ♡︎ gx.’
And she also listed the names of her songs.
The one with Shelton is called Purple Irises. Other songs include Late To Bloom and All Your Fault.
This is her first studio album in seven years after You Make It Feel Like Christmas.
