EXCLUSIVE
A serial Tinder creep who bombarded women with abusive texts after they rejected his advances is now a wanted man who is being hunted by police for alleged stalking and intimidation, Daily Mail Australia can reveal.
Thomas McGuirk, 34, went viral in 2020 after he sent vile voice messages to Tinder match Ebonie Sanderson, 30, calling her a ‘fat pig’ and ‘f***ing ugly’.
The IT worker was subsequently sacked from his job as eight more women came forward with similar horror stories of being harassed after they turned him down.
McGuirk eventually delivered a grovelling apology, saying he was ‘sincerely sorry’ and ’embarrassed’ for his ‘wrong behaviour’ which stemmed from him ‘struggling with rejection’.
Now Daily Mail Australia can reveal that McGuirk – who has remained out of the public eye since early 2021 – is the subject of an active arrest warrant.
The warrant was issued by NSW Police in Hornsby Local Court on July 12, 2021 – just months after his antics sparked widespread outrage.
Police are seeking to charge McGuirk with stalking and intimidation but have been unable to locate him for more than three years to serve him with the court papers.
Court documents obtained by Daily Mail Australia reveal police allege McGuirk stalked or intimidated a woman, intending to cause her fear of physical or mental harm, in Beecroft, in northern Sydney, on August 30, 2020.

Ebonie Sanderson (pictured), 30, shared abusive messages Tom sent her on Instagram in October 2020, which lead to his termination at work
While berating women, McGuirk said he was so attractive he did not have any issues picking up dates. ‘Look at my f***ing face,’ he told Ms Sanderson. ‘I don’t struggle getting laid.’
The alleged incident against the woman – who was not among those who have previously shared their experiences with the media – occurred just four weeks before he was outed as a dating app pest.
When Daily Mail Australia made attempts to contact McGuirk earlier this month, his father revealed his son has been estranged from the family ‘for years’. ‘I have no idea where he is,’ he said.
‘I don’t have any relationship with him.’
In late October 2020, three weeks after apologising for his behaviour, McGuirk launched a supplements business, registered to a unit in the Meriton Suites in Waterloo.
The business registration was cancelled 18 months later in April 2022.
Since then, McGuirk has not appeared to have engaged in activity online and all paper trail records which might indicate his whereabouts have gone cold.
Daily Mail Australia also understands McGuirk, who listed his age as 28 on his dating app profile in 2020 was actually 30 at the time.
McGuirk’s appalling actions were first exposed when Ms Sanderson bravely detailed how she was berated after declining an invitation to go to his Bondi apartment.
McGuirk lashed out: ”You’re actually a fat f***ing pig. You know that? Thanks. You’re f***ing ugly. Your a** looks OK and you would have been one f***.’
‘You would have been just one f**k because you’re a disgusting fat pig.’
An arrest warrant issued for McGuirk three years ago remains active as police have been unable to find him
Eight more women came forward to share their stories following Ms Sanderson’s ordeal, including Gold Coast-based beauty blogger Jess Turunen (pictured)
Sydney brewery supervisor Erin Hinds (pictured), 26, was also harassed by Mr McGuirk after she broke off their brief fling
Feminist activist Clementine Ford re-shared the post, and an army of her followers subsequently deluged McGuirk’s then-boss at Sydney logistics firm Invenco with emails demanding the tech worker was fired.
Company owner Dave Scott later sacked McGuirk, saying he was ‘shocked and disgusted’ by the messages, which would make his ‘blood boil’ if anyone ever said that to his four young daughters.
Women from around Australia – and internationally as far away as London – flocked online to share stories about similar encounters with McGuirk.
Their ordeals included being belittled, called ‘s***’ and ‘whore’, and then, after blocking McGuirk, persistently trolled by him under new accounts.
Days later, he issued his apology, saying his notoriety was a ‘wake up call’ and vowing to stay off social media. However, by December, women were reporting he was back using dating apps under various aliases.
Classmates from McGuirk’s hometown of Port Macquarie, on the NSW mid north coast, revealed at the time that he was repeatedly rejected in high school and bullied over his then-buck teeth and speech impediment.
McGuirk has remained out of the public eye in recent years
A former friend said his mother and sister were still locals in the Port Macquarie Region and were both highly respected in the community.
‘They are very, very good people and would be absolutely beside themselves with his recent behaviour,’ she said at the time.
