Producer Metro Boomin accused of sexually assaulting woman after she passed out drunk in 2016 in new lawsuit

Music producer Metro Boomin has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman in 2016.

The 31-year-old producer, according to TMZ on Tuesday, was named in a lawsuit filed by a woman who identified herself in legal docs as Vanessa LeMaistre, who is asking the court to award her damages for her mental pain and anguish as result of the incident.

LeMaistre told the court that in 2016, the tragic death of her son at nine months had left her reeling with depression.

LeMaistre said in legal docs that she got along well with the St. Louis native, whose full name is Leland Tyler Wayne, in the spring of that year during a group trip to Las Vegas.

The Grammy winner subsequently asked her to spend time with him at a studio he worked out of in Los Angeles, LeMaistre told the court.

LeMaistre said in legal docs that she had seen Metro Boomin use large amounts of the drug codeine, with his friends warning him to take it easy with the dangerous substance.

LeMaistre told the court that in a September 2016 exchange at his studio, she took a half of a Xanax tablet and shot of liquor amid her ongoing depression; and the mixture of substances caused her to lose consciousness on a couch.

LeMaistre said that she woke up in a bed while Metro Boomin was ‘allegedly raping her and performing oral sex on her,’ the outlet reported, citing court docs.

Metro Boomin told LeMaistre that they were in a hotel room in Beverly Hills, California and that she had to go, she told the court. LeMaistre said she did not remember how she wound up at the hotel.

LeMaistre told the court she subsequently found out she was pregnant, with Metro Boomin as the only person who could have been the father, as she had not had any other sexual partners in that timespan.

LeMaistre in November of 2016 terminated the pregnancy, she said in legal docs.

LeMaistre told the court she felt Metro Boomin directly referred to the incident in a track titled Rap Saved Me, a 2017 collab between Metro Boomin, 21 Savage and Offset.

Specific lyrics in the chat LeMaistre said in legal docs made reference to the incident followed: ‘She took a Xanny / Then she fainted / I’m from the gutter … ain’t no changing.’

Metro Boomin was involved in a separate sex scandal earlier this year.

In May, his peripheral involvement in the Drake-Kendrick Lamar feud led some Internet sleuths to dredge up alleged old tweets that had not aged well, XXL and HotNewHipHop reported at the time.

The tweets from the singer, who was born September 16, 1993, were posted from 2011-2013, when he was between the ages of 17 and 19. The alleged tweets he sent made references to underage sex and using substances such as molly.

Metro Boomin said in a May 6 tweet he later deleted, ‘I can’t be a pedophile at 15 n**** #NoPedo,’ both outlets reported at the time.
