Kai Trump is attempting to step into her own spotlight beyond the one her grandfather, former President Donald Trump, has created with her first golf video uploaded to YouTube.
Trump’s second video uploaded to her channel, which was posted a week before the Presidential election, is the back-nine holes of a match against YouTube star Garrett Clark.
Trump faced off with Clark in an 18-hole, stroke-play match at Stonebriar Country Club in Smithtown, New York.
There is no mention of the election or Trump’s grandfather in the video other than a nod to playing on his golf courses.
Trump, who finished the course at 5-overpar, was defeated by two strokes by Clark.
Kai Trump, 17, is the daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and the eldest grandchild of Donald Trump

Clark played from the black tees, the most challenging on a golf course, while Trump played from the red tees, the shortest distance to the hole.
The 17-year-old eldest grandchild of Donald Trump first came into the public’s focus by speaking at the Republican National Convention and attempting to share a more-personal side of the 78-year-old.
Kai’s convention speech came only five days after her grandfather was shot at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. The Republican nominee for President watched on with a bandage on his right ear.
Kai, the daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump, has committed to playing golf at Miami starting in the fall of 2026.
Kai said her favorite course is Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida, while Clark states Trump’s course in Jupiter, Florida is one of the hardest he has played.
Earlier this year, Kai won a ladies’ club championship at the West Palm Beach course, posing with her father and grandfather after the victory.
Trump cannot vote for her grandfather, as she is not eligible to until next year.
