Her boyfriend Ivan Soldo had also lashed out at those who have criticised the couple, and those who have bullied his partner, in a statement published on his Instagram.
The Port Adelaide ruckman and his girlfriend have been in the spotlight in recent months after it appeared that the pair were looking to leave South Australia despite the AFL star having moved there last year.
Becirevic had followed Soldo to the City of Churches following his trade from Richmond but had only stayed for a short period of time.
She said that Adelaide was ‘not for me personally’ and had moved to the Middle East to pursue a job opportunity with Emirates, before returning to Australia.
Soldo, meanwhile, who had been sounded out by St Kilda during the trade period, had lashed out at the ‘ridiculous narrative’ that has surrounded he and Becirivic on social media.

Becirevic, a model, marketer and influencer, says she had ‘never spoken poorly about Adelaide’ and insisted that Soldo’s decision to ask to be traded had nothing to do with her
Venting his anger in a statement on Instagram, the ruckman claimed he had no intention of leaving Power, but also blasted online trolls who have criticised his girlfriend throughout his trade saga.
‘Also, the bullying and hate towards my partner needs to stop, this backwards narrative is getting old,’ he wrote.
Becirevic also took to Instagram to post a video of herself and Soldo, holding hands and sharing a kiss.
She captioned the video with one word: ‘Unbothered.’
