Dave Portnoy issues ominous warning to Zach Bryan after his diss track was taken down again

Dave Portnoy issued a blistering retort to Warner Music after the record label’s latest attempt to block his diss track about Zach Bryan.

The Barstool Sports chief took aim at the country music artist Wednesday when he dropped a scathing song about Bryan following the singer’s messy breakup with Portnoy’s podcast co-host Brianna Chickenfry.

Brianna – whose real name is Brianna LaPaglia – had been romantically involved with Bryan from the summer of 2023 until last month, when he ‘blindsided’ her by revealing their breakup on Instagram.

Portnoy backed LaPaglia following the split, releasing diss track ‘Smallest Man’ with Barstool personality Josh Richards, which ripped Bryan over his hairline, height, a 2023 arrest as well as allegations of infidelity and sexually transmitted diseases.

However, Warner Music – Bryan’s record label – hit back, having the video removed from all platforms over copyright issues.

Portnoy has now revealed a new twist in the escalating feud, explaining that the song was taken down because Richards is also signed with the label and they essentially ‘own him.’

But Portnoy insisted that it wouldn’t halt the war of words as he vowed to return in a fresh attack from the booth – even hinting Brianna might join him.

‘Fine, you think that’s just it? You think we’re going to just put ‘Smallest Man’ away? I will write 10,000 diss tracks,’ a shirtless Portnoy said in a video shared to X. ‘I will go do die in the booth. I will put the headsets on and come back spitting bars twice as hot.

‘Maybe we do ‘Dave’s version’ — I hear Bri may get in the booth and do her version. We will figure this s*** out. [It] may take 24 hours, but the more Warner Music Group acts like little f***ing p—–s and Zach Bryan little f***ing p**s.

‘…. The more they worry about this s*** the worse it’s going to get. You’re in the mud. You got me mad I’m gonna have to get in the booth. I thought it was going to be one and done. I don’t care. I’ll keep spitting.’

Portnoy’s attacks in the diss track included the allegation that Bryan’s ‘whole band’ hates him, and a claim that Bryan has a problem with alcohol.

There was a verse about Bryan’s 2023 arrest for allegedly interfering with a traffic stop. Not only did Portnoy and Richards shame the singer for being detained, but also included embarrassing police-recorded audio from Bryan’s arrest.

Bryan and LaPaglia, began dating in the summer of 2023 but called it quits in October, with the Barstool host revealing that she was left ‘blindsided’ by the announcement from the 28-year-old country music star.

DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that Bryan has been struggling to cope with the ’emotional rollercoaster’ he has been on since his mother Annette died in 2016.

Brianna said she was ‘blindsided’ as she addressed their split in an emotional video message to fans minutes after Zach announced the news in a lengthy Instagram statement.
