A teenager allegedly stabbed to death while camping with mates has been pictured for the first time – as tragic new details emerge about the incident.
Isaac, 15, was camping with friends at Wilton, just past the outskirts of south-west Sydney, on Friday night when he was allegedly stabbed by Jacob Greig, 32.
Police allege the boy, seeking a lift home, tried to open Greig’s car door, with the professional chef becoming outraged and slashing the teen with a knife before driving off.
Tragically, his body was discovered the following morning by his friends, who had originally thought he had left the campsite and gone home.
Family friend Donna Young has started a GoFundMe to help his struggling parents with funeral costs.
‘Isaac was a beloved son, brother, and friend. His life, full of promise and potential, was tragically cut short due to an (alleged) act of senseless violence,’ she wrote.
‘Isaac’s family—his mum, dad, and siblings—are now faced with the unimaginable pain of not only grieving the loss of their precious son but also managing the overwhelming costs that come with such a sudden tragedy.
The fundraising page, which will go towards his funeral costs and supporting his family, has so far raised almost $10,000.

Isaac’s father, Paul, who gave his permission for his son’s name and picture to be used, told the Daily Telegraph that he wanted Isaac to be remembered as an adored son, brother and mate, whose life was taken far too soon.
His alleged killer, Greig, handed himself in to Narellan Police Station on Saturday.
Greig, who has been charged with murder, is a professional chef who uses the nickname ‘Harry Potter’ on social media.
In his bio, he describes himself as a ‘professional pyromaniac’.
Greig faced Parramatta Local Court on Sunday via a video livestream, with three of his family members attending in person.
The court was told the 15-year-old boy had tried to open the rear passenger door of a vehicle Greig was in, with video and audio of the incident capturing the teenager saying ‘I’m trying to get home’.

Isaac’s body was found in bushland off Wilton Park Road at Wilton (pictured), south-west of Sydney by his friends on Saturday
At some point Greig got out of the vehicle, with Magistrate Robert Rabbidge saying footage had allegedly captured Greig saying ‘I’ll f***ing get you good’.
He then allegedly said ‘I’m going to chop your f***ing hand off’, the court was told.
Greig allegedly told police he ‘slashed the victim before returning to the vehicle’, Mr Rabbidge said.
However the court was told footage allegedly showed Greig pursuing the victim on foot.
‘The facts indicate that the matter prior to injury … The accused had threatened to kill the young person and chop his hand,’ Mr Rabbidge said.
He said the boy was ‘bleeding profusely’ after allegedly being slashed with the knife.
‘It appears a very strong case, I acknowledge that having slashed the young person with the knife causing the victim to sustain … severe laceration in the right forearm … victim starts to bleed profusely,’ the magistrate said.
The boy allegedly tried to jump on the car as it drove off, with his friends finding him dead the following morning.
The court was told a trail of blood extending about 30m towards the end of Wilton Rd was found.
‘Much would depend on the post mortem, which is yet to take place, but I do note the facts where it says at 7.30 the following morning the victim’s friends have walked from the camp … found the [alleged] victim covered in blood,’ Mr Rabbidge said.
Greig (pictured) was refused bail and is next set to front Campbelltown Local Court on January 8, 2025
He said there is ‘nothing more serious than the alleged murder of a 15-year-old’.
‘The facts are quite extraordinary and seem to show a considerable amount of powerful evidence,’ he added.
‘It’s clearly an extraordinary case … Mr Greig is looking at many decades in prison,’ the magistrate said of the allegations, if proven.
‘I must do my duty to the community and refuse him bail.’
Police prosecutor McCormack said a bloodstained knife was found in a bin.

Superintendent Tim Calaman told reporters on Saturday a group of about 12 teenagers had been camping in the area overnight.
None are accused of any wrongdoing.
Some of the GoFundMe money will also reportedly go towards helping Isaac’s traumatised friends who found him on Saturday morning, having believed he had been given a lit home.
Daily Mail Australia revealed on Tuesday that one of Isaac’s uncles issued an ominous warning to Greig in a furious online post.
‘He was 15. He [allegedly] just wanted to go home,’ the uncle wrote on Sunday.
‘Wait till I let my mates inside know.’
More to come.
