The model, 32 — who ‘accidentally fell in love’ with MLB star Justin Verlander —shared an anonymous story in her Instagram Stories on Friday, asking her fans what they would do.
‘Truly asking… lawyers/judges/advocates/law enforcement/parents:’ she began her missive.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue star then began to describe a dangerous situation.
‘A Dad, recently out of rehab, is traveling alone with his 10-year-old daughter. He gets drunk and high on pills, says he has a gun on him and threatens to SHOOT the taxi driver if he does NOT drop them of on the highway at midnight to walk home,’ Upton wrote.
She continued: ‘Thankfully, the taxi driver refuses and would rather be shot than drop the little girl off on the highway.’

Upton then asked her followers: ‘Is this an emergency? A Crime? Would you be scared for your child?’
It’s unclear where the story came from, or who may have relayed it to the Sweet Dreams actress.
Upton, the host of Hulu’s Dress My Tour, has made a name for herself as one of the most in-demand models in the world.
She has mostly stayed away from controversy following the backlash she received over her contract with Canadian Goose in 2019.
The company was accused of animal cruelty for using real coyote fur and goose feathers for its products, and Upton was singled out by animal rights activists.
The Sports Illustrated cover model has been married to Justin Verlander since 2017.
