Kim Kardashian’s style may stop traffic, but it’s her Tesla Cybertruck that got the attention of L.A. law enforcement this week.
The 44-year-old reality star was cruising down the PCH in her brand-new futuristic ride on Thursday when a cop pulled her over for her tinted front windshield, sources told TMZ.
Apparently, the tint was too dark for California’s vehicle regulations.
Insiders said that Kim ‘kept it cool’ with the cops, even after being cited.
The fix-it ticket means she can avoid a fine as long as she gets the tint corrected and shows up at the sheriff’s station to prove it.
This isn’t Kim’s first run-in with window tinting issues. Back in 2013, she got a warning for dark windows in a different vehicle while driving through Calabasas, per TMZ.

Kim added her first Cybertruck to her collection in February 2024, followed by a sleek matte black version in May.
While Kim may be facing legal trouble for now, she’s set to play a lawyer in the upcoming Ryan Murphy production All’s Fair.
The series, which centers on an all-female law firm, boasts an all-star cast, including Naomi Watts, Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash and Teyana Taylor.
Kim and Ryan first teamed up for American Horror Story: Delicate, which premiered on September 20, 2023.
In this groundbreaking series, Kardashian took on her first major scripted role as Siobhan Walsh, a character facing the surreal and disquieting challenges of pregnancy.
Following her performance in AHS, Kim signed on for Murphy’s upcoming project, described as a high-end, glossy and sexy adult procedural called All’s Fair.
All’s Fair was first announced in December, the first series under Murphy’s new overall deal at Disney.
The show will follow Kim playing the powerful divorce lawyer in Los Angeles, who runs a successful all-female law firm.

All’s Fair is created by Jon Robin Baitz (Brothers & Sisters, Feud: Capote Vs. The Swans) and Joe Baken.
It’s reportedly partly inspired by Kardashian’s actual lawyer, Laura Wasser, who represented her in divorce proceedings with Kanye West and Kris Humphries.
Halle Berry was forced to drop out of the show’s A-list cast due to a scheduling conflict just days after her addition was confirmed.
She was also expected to be among the show’s executive producers.
Kardashian, her mother/manager Kris Jenner and Murphy will all executive produce with Baitz and Baken.
