Garbed in jean shorts and a cream T-shirt, the former Adelaide Crows star hugged his fiancée close as she flaunted her sparkling diamond engagement ring.
In one image, Emily planted a sweet kiss on her beau’s cheek.
Another saw Tom playfully hold out his own hand as he mimicked Emily showing off her engagement ring.

Emily appeared to glow with joy as she donned a colourful maxi dress for the surprise occasion.
She paired the casual frock with a crocheted vest cardigan which matched her nude sandals.
The WAG’s natural beauty shone threw as she wore a very minimal makeup look and slicked her blonde tresses back into a tight bun.
‘Well overdue, but good things come to those who wait. Here’s to forever with you,’ Tom captioned the sweet reel of photos.
The couple’s footy friends flooded the comments with their congratulations, lead by retired AFLW star Marijana Rajčić.
‘Congrats you two,’ she wrote, while fellow AFLW star Chelsea Randall left a red love heart emoji and said: ‘Congrats guys.’
Fellow Brisbane Lions player Cam Rayner commented a red love heart and was followed by Lachie Neale who left a heart eye emoji.

Tom’s former Adelaide Crows teammate Sam Berry said simply, ‘Congrats,’ alongside an emoji of two champagne glasses clinking together.

According to Emily’s Instagram account, she and Tom started dating in 2014.
The couple often appear on one another’s social media accounts, and appear to share a sweet dog named Lenny.
