The children’s entertainer’s rippling back muscles were on display as he pulled himself up on the bars.
He also revealed his full sleeve tattoos during the gruelling workout.
John wore a navy baseball and a pair of white shorts as he showed off his prowess on the apparatus.
John is shaping up to be one fit dad as he gets ready to welcome his first child with his wife Jessie Adamo.

John and Jessie, who tied the knot in 2019, announced they were expecting their first child back in June in a heartwarming Instagram post.
The announcement featured a touching video of the emotional moment they discovered Jessie was pregnant, and they confirmed they are set to have a baby boy.
‘It has been a long journey but our beautiful angel has finally been sent to us,’ they captioned the post.

‘We are so full of joy and can’t wait to meet you – baby Adamo Pearce due Dec 2024.’
John and Jessie’s post was inundated with well wishers, with a message from The Wiggles taking centre stage.
‘We’re all so happy to see The Wiggles’ family expanding,’ began the beloved group’s official statement.
‘John and Jessie are a wonderful couple, and we can’t wait to welcome their baby into our Wiggles world.
‘It will be a full house by Christmas… we may need to look at getting an even bigger Red Car!’
They have since shared regular updates on their baby journey on social media, from the initial ultrasound, to a baby shower and a luxurious ‘babymoon’ in Fiji last month.
John and Jessie started dating in 2012, just two years after his dance-pop group Justice Crew shot to fame following their Australia’s Got Talent win.
They tied the knot in a private ceremony in October 2019, with their fifth anniversary together coming up at the end of this year.
The children’s entertainer then picked up his purple skivvy and joined The Wiggles in 2021.
