The New York Giants are expected to be without Tommy DeVito for their Thanksgiving clash with the Dallas Cowboys.
Drew Lock is slated to start under center for New York, with DeVito suffering from a forearm problem.
According to NFL Network, DeVito – who recently replaced Daniel Jones – will test his arm during warm ups on Thursday but is likely to miss out.
The quarterback initially stayed behind in New York for an MRI scan and other tests on his forearm before joining his teammates in Texas.
It’s claimed that DeVito could still play in Thursday’s game, which kicks off at 4.30pm at AT&T Stadium.
The 26-year-old will throw ahead of the game.
