Manchester City have been handed the headline match of the FIFA Club World Cup group stage with the Premier League champions drawn to face Juventus.
Pep Guardiola’s side discovered their three group stage opponents for next summer’s tournament in the United States.
The clash against Juventus was the stand out fixture drawn, with the two teams having been placed into Group G.
Man City will also face Moroccan side Wydad AC and UAE outfit Al Ain in the group stage.
Guardiola’s side will head into the expanded 32-team tournament as the defending champions having won last year’s event in Saudi Arabia, which featured seven sides.
Chelsea will be reunited with their former defender David Luiz, after Enzo Maresca’s side were drawn to face Brazilian side Flamengo in the group stage.

Flamengo, who qualified by winning the 2022 Copa Libertadores, are also managed by former Blues full back Filipe Luis.
Chelsea have been joined in Group D by Mexican side Club Leon and Tunisia’s Esperance Sportive de Tunis.
