Sharni, who was on ‘team hero’ was the seventh contestant to be booted off Australian Survivor on day 17.
Viewers turned on ‘heroes’ Benjamin Law and Paige Donald after they eliminated Sharni and she was branded a ‘snake’ at the tribal council.
After being voted off the island, Sharni criticised Ben’s gameplay in her elimination confessional.
‘I’m a little bit shocked at just how the tribal council unfolded. Ben’s a very smart guy, and whatever he said was to save his own a**e tonight,’ she said.
‘It’s not the way I would feel proud about playing the game… but good luck to him.’
Outraged viewers flooded social media after the episode aired to slam both Ben and Paige.
