Ben Shephard has shared a video of himself and his son working out.
The This Morning presenter, 50, has Sam, 19, and Jack, 15, with wife Annie Perks and normally keeps his family life out of the public eye.
But on Monday, Ben posted a new video of himself and his eldest spending time together in the gym.
Ben said: ‘So, Sam, my eldest, as part of my Fit@50 challenge has challenged me to do what…?’
Sam replied: ’50 pullups!’
Ben said: ’50 pullups! So, seeing as a I am desperately trying to get there, today we’re gonna try to complete the challenge.

‘We’re having a big sitdown Chinese later on so we’re gonna see if we can work a little bit of space!’
The Tipping Point host delighted in making it to the goal, and gleefully told his followers about it in the caption of his post.
He wrote: ‘We finally did it!! The toughest #fit@50 challenge was set by @samshephardd 50 #pullups It took a few sets and a lot of grunting, huffing and puffing, but we got there in the end!
‘All in order to make room for @itsbigjohn1 sit down Chinese meal later tonight. Countdown.’
Ben’s followers rushed to the comments section to congratulate him on completing the challenge, and one marvelled at how fast his son has grown.
One wrote: ‘He’s so much bigger than you now ben. Won’t be long before Leo’s bigger than me.’
A second said: ‘What a man’
A third exclaimed: ‘Your son is the double of you!!’

Wishing the presenter a happy 50th birthday, comedian Chris, who was the first blind contestant in the history of the BBC show, said he heard ‘his dressing room is available for Ben if he wants it’
Ben was on air alongside Cat Deeley hosting ITV’s flagship magazine show on December 11, his birthday, and celebrities such as Lorraine, Chris Kamara and also wished the presenter a happy 50th.
Strictly’s Chris McCausland revealed that he has a place on the dancing competition next year – if he wants it, of course.
Chris, 47, who was sat in his BBC dressing room just days before his own victory, delivered the good news as part of a montage of celebrities sharing their celebrations for the TV icon.
Delivering the delightful news, Chris said: ‘I am sending you this message from my dressing room here at Strictly studios, a dressing room that I am told could be yours next year if you’d like it. Remember, 50, not too old… the contract’s ready!’
