An FBI agent testified that accusations of star realtors the Alexander brothers drugging and raping dozens of women are ‘credible.’
Special Agent Justine Atwood told a Miami court that she has interviewed 40 women in connection with federal sex trafficking charges brought against Tal Alexander, 38, his brother Oren Alexander, 37, and his security-expert twin, Alon Alexander.
The brothers have been accused of luring dozens of women back to high-end locales before either plying them with spiked drinks or forcibly raping them between 2010 and 2021.
Atwood told the court that the accusers were strangers to one another, came from different places and were sexually assaulted at various times.
She said there were graphic videos, photos and text messages exchanged between the brothers that substantiate the allegations
Atwood spoke at a detention hearing for Tal, during which his request for bail was denied after Judge Lisette Reid deemed him a ‘flight risk’.
Earlier that day, a Florida judge had granted Oren a $3 million bond and his twin $2 million on state charges stemming from the same investigation, but they were ordered held pending their own federal hearing.
An FBI agent has testified that reports that wealthy twins Oren and Alon Alexander drugged and raped dozens of women are ‘credible’
The twins have been federally indicted along with their older brother Tal Alexander (left) on sex trafficking charges
Reid agreed with the prosecution’s argument that because of the family’s wealth, Tal would be a flight risk if released even if he was placed under house arrest and wore a GPS monitor, saying those provisions have ‘proven not to be foolproof’ in other cases.
Federal prosecutor Lauren Astigarraga had argued that if Tal, who is Jewish, fled to his parents’ homeland of Israel on a private jet, it would prove difficult to impossible to extradite him back to the United States.
The 38-year-old is facing a likely life sentence if convicted on all counts. His bail denial does not bode well for his brothers, who are due to have their own federal detention hearings this week.
The Alexander brothers gained national attention after the accusations against them were made public months ago.
Oren and Tal rose to become stars in luxury real estate after co-founding their real estate firm, Official, which specialized in high-end properties in Miami, New York and Los Angeles.
Authorities arrested the brothers last week on charges related to sex crime allegations in Miami and a federal sex trafficking case in New York City.
A federal indictment accuses the brothers of using their wealth to lure, drug and sexually assault and rape multiple women over more than a decade.
The Alexander twins are also charged by the state of Florida for three separate instances of alleged sexual battery.
Their cousin Ohad Fisherman has also been accused of participating in a gang rape alongside the twins

Oren Alexander is facing three separate charges, while Alon Alexander is facing only one charge.
On Wednesday, the bothers’ cousin, Ohad Fisherman, surrendered himself to police in Miami after it was announced that he is facing a rape charge.
Fisherman, who was previously dubbed the ‘hummus hunk’ over his failed snack line, is is accused of attacking a 25-year-old woman at a New Year’s Eve party on Miami Beach in 2016.
He had to cut his Japanese honeymoon with new wife Jordan Royt short in order to return to the US to face the music.
