Supermodel Paulina Porizkova has shared flashback bikini images to Instagram.
In her caption, the cover girl admitted that she has gained weight after having surgery last year.
‘I gained about 15 lbs after my bilateral hip replacement in early 2024,’ wrote the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit star.
‘The funny thing is, I was so happy with my life; the end of chronic pain, building a life with my love, traveling with friends and working on new writing projects – that I had no idea I had gained all this weight until I went to Paris for my first modeling job of the year. Which was in September.’
Then it hit her hard.
‘One day back at my old job, and I was excruciatingly aware of every extra pound. I didn’t fit the clothes. Which of course WAS and IS my job. To fit the clothes!’ said the Anna actress.

‘I squeezed into the largest of the items, leaving seams open, waistbands unbuttoned, and prayed that my ability to fake it was still in place,’ explained the star.
‘I managed to get through the assignments, but suddenly – I felt awful about myself. I had to lose some weight so I could fit into the clothing my job requires of me.’
It was very hard to get the weight off, she shared.
‘And this is where I hit the post menopause bump. Didn’t matter how little I ate, the weight didn’t fluctuate. Alright- time to add weight lifting to the schedule. And the protein. And ditch the desserts,’ she noted.
Two months later, she is exactly the same weight, said Paulina.
‘My butt feels firmer, but otherwise- most of my clothing is too small, a good indication I haven’t shrunk,’ she shared.
‘And yet, I don’t exactly mind this new, fuller body. Compared to a year ago when I was 15lbs less but in constant pain, my new softness feels soothing.
‘And thanks to my love @sjeffgreenstein my body also feels at the height of its sexiness, desirability and ok, I’ll say it – prowess. So, really, my only problems are no jobs and nothing to wear.’
Porizkova hilariously added a hashtag for ‘rich white women problems.’ She also said the photos were by her boyfriend Jeff Greenstein.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model frequently proves that age is just a number by flaunting her taut tummy in a number of tiny bikinis online.
But, behind the glamorous shots shared to her Instagram, she admitted she still struggled mentally when it came to her age.
While speaking to StyleLikeU last year, Paulina shared that she started feeling ‘invisible’ when she hit 50 and began going through menopause.
She revealed her true feelings about the way women were treated as they aged as she claimed that there was ‘so much shame’ about ‘the way we age, for our weight, for our skin, for the way we dress.’
Paulina got candid about the realities of aging as she claimed that women felt constant shame.
She said: ‘There’s so much shame heaped upon us for everything. The way we look, for the way we age, for our weight, for our skin, for the way we dress.
‘I mean, It’s just endless freaking shame, and menopause is just another thing to be ashamed of because you’re no longer “a viable woman.”‘

The model also admitted she was met with an intense amount of backlash when she turned 50 years old.
She explained that although she frequently tried to embrace aging, trolls constantly hated on her.
‘I would write something about being 52 or 53 and looking like this, and people would comment, “Well, big f***ing deal. J.Lo looks better, and she’s only like, two years younger,”‘ Paulina said.
‘When I thought about it, all the actresses and singers my age looked younger because they’ve had work done.’
Paulina revealed that she started feeling bad about her body and her age when she turned 45 – adding that the hate comments began then.
While speaking to StyleLikeU, Paulina left little to the imagination as she stripped down to just her lacy black bra and underwear and shared that she started feeling ‘invisible’ when she hit 50
She said: ‘I’d post bikini photos and suddenly get comments like, “Are you desperate, grandma? How about you cover up and spare us your aging body.”‘
The supermodel confessed that the comments had gotten to her head and she even convinced herself that men didn’t notice her anymore.
She explained that because of her age, she didn’t feel ‘seen’ when she walked down the street.
‘You think, “Hold on a second. I am a far more interesting person than I’ve ever been, and this is where you don’t want to see me anymore? Because I’ve aged out of being physically appealing to you?”‘ Paulina said.

The siren from Prostějov has been taking in the Italian coast with her boyfriend, Greenstein, as well as her parents, Jiri and Anna.
In her caption, she poked fun at her bathing suit matching the beach resort chairs.
‘When your bikini accidentally matches the beach chairs and your love is prompted to capture it for posterity,’ the ex of Cars singer Ric Ocasek, who died in 2019 at age 75, wrote.
In her hashtags, she also said ‘older is better’ and quipped she was ‘between JLo and Betty White.’
