Pain free penis enlargement doubles over Australian summer

As summer rolls in the togs come out, but not everyone is packing confidence below the belt.

Perth cosmetic surgeon Dr Jayson Oates is giving men a bigger bulge for the beach with a unique non-surgical penis enlargement procedure.

More than 300 men have visited Dr Oates at Calibre Clinic over the last four years to for the procedure he claims adds an extra one inch in the average male member – with the number of men opting for the procedure doubling in preparation for summer.

‘Running into Christmas, it’s our busiest time, everyone is wanting to look their best, clothing is more revealing and everything’s on show,’ Dr Oates told Daily Mail Australia.

‘Women are concerned about the size of their breasts, guys are concerned about the bulge in their bathers.’

The procedure called Calibre, which uses the same dermal fillers that are used in the face to rid wrinkles, was originally created to help the ‘locker room syndrome’.

Dr Oates said men felt nervous about the size of their penis when they were in a locker room with other men, which also translates to other areas of life.

‘In summer, they want to be budgie smuggler ready,’ he said.

‘Just this week I saw a guy I’d done two weeks ago, he’s been to the beach and feels so much more confident in his bathers.

‘Putting it in a colloquial fashion, he has a package he can show off.’

Popular with men aged between 20 and 30-years-old, Dr Oates said he recently saw an 83-year-old man come in for the procedure (stock image)

Most commonly, Dr Oates said he saw men aged in their 20s and 30s coming in for the hour long procedure, however an 83-year-old man recently came in wanting an enlargement.

‘His wife of 60 years had died and he found that he was keenly sought after by younger women in their 70s,’ Dr Oates told Daily Mail Australia.

‘They’re wanting sex and he was worried he wasn’t big enough to be such a popular sex object.’

Dr Oates said the penis enlargements, which are quick, simple, low risk, painless and require no down time, are most popular with tradies, business owners, doctors and lawyers, and about four men get a penis enlargement in Sydney every week over summer.

While the cosmetic surgeon said the average penis is about nine-and-a-half centimetres when measured around, his procedure can take the manhood to 12 centimetres.

‘Make a circle with your thumb and finger and separate it by an inch, that’s a good idea of what we can do,’ Dr Oates said.

‘It’s not a length procedure, but when it’s flaccid it hangs out more.’

Men have flown from America, Malaysia and New Zealand to bulk up their bulge at the Perth and Sydney clinics, with Dr Oates planning to open a clinic in every capital city across Australia by 2018.

The cosmetic surgeon said they cover the penis in numbing cream and wrap it in glad wrap for 30 minutes before injecting the dermal fillers underneath the skin of the penis to make it thicker.

The enlargement lasts between 18 months and three years before the body starts to break down the tissues, but Dr Oates said there are potential risks with permanent fillers, making the Calibre procedure more effective as it can be reversed with medication.

‘We’re doing more and more guys all the time,’ he said.
