Covering up from the winter chill, Bella favoured a pair of ripped stone-hued cargo pants that she teamed together with a cropped white hooded sweatshirt and threw a complementing tailored coat over her getup.

Her chic outerwear boasted a faux fur collar and the catwalk queen decided to ditch her runway heels for a pair of black leather lace-up boots instead.

Bella accessorised with a quirky pair of fluorescent orange cat-eye sunglasses that paid homage to her eclectic sense of style and chose to flaunt her striking natural beauty by paring things back when it came to her make-up look.

Bella’s appearance in the capital comes as it’s been announced her mother Yolanda Hadid is launching a brand new series, titled Making A Model, that will see her share her expertise and coach aspiring teen models and their mothers to catwalk success.

Having had experience with her daughters, Bella and Gigi, 22, and son Anwar, 18, going on to become supermodels, Yolanda and her trusted team of experts will put the show’s contestants and their ‘momagers’ through an intensive eight-week program.

The eight-part series will air on Lifetime and will feature guest appearances from Bella and Gigi, as they join their mum onscreen, as well as designers Tommy Hilfiger and Nicole Miller and supermodels Devon Windsor and Alek Wek.

The girls and their mothers will be put through a series of lessons and assignments to test their modeling agility and the strength of their mother-daughter bond, as they fight it out for a $5,000 weekly prize to put towards their catwalk ambition.

The successful girl will win a management contract with Yolanda’s company and the potential opportunity to be represented by IMG Models in New York.

Meanwhile, Yolanda has has openly spoken of how she wouldn’t let her children enter the fashion industry until they she deemed them old enough.

‘I never let them work [as models] before they were 18,’ she told ELLE.com. ‘I didn’t want anybody judging them on what they looked like.

‘I wanted them to feel and be the authentic human beings that they are and I think that created a lot of strength for them.’

She continued: ‘I always said to them, listen, there are thousands of girls that are much more beautiful than you girls, but you have an extraordinary character, and you’re going to have to set yourself apart by being a role model, by showing up on time and being kind to everybody… that’s how you can make a difference in the world.’

Yolanda added that the emergence of social media has changed the modelling industry and stressed that her girls now have a ‘responsibility to be a role model’, as they are given a platform, thanks to their work on the runway.
