Rebecca Judd reveals the one supermarket item she and her four children can’t live without: ‘We go through so much of this’

When it comes to feeding her family of six, there are some things that Rebecca Judd refuses to compromise on.

The former football WAG, 42, has revealed the one tasty item that is a must-have in her fridge.

Taking to Instagram, Bec was seen spruiking her favourite organic hummus.

The clip, shot from Bec’s point of view, showed the model holding up a half-eaten tub of hummus that had been enjoyed with a plate of crackers and sliced tomato.

Bec shared her favourite dip to satisfy her followers’ craving for culinary content. 

‘OK guys, I know you love my food posts. So I wanted to point this out,’ Bec began.

‘This is the hummus that we eat exclusively in our family 

‘No crap. No preservatives, just normal ingredients. It’s really, really good – you can get it from Woolies and it’s in our weekly delivery.’

Bec rounded out the post by admitting that the organic dip was the hot ticket item in her family’s kitchen.

‘We go through so much of this,’ she gushed.

‘The kids love it, I love it. No nasties, just the good stuff.’ 

While she has been busy doing the shopping, Bec’s cooking roster has become a little lighter thanks to a recent addition to her home.

Bec revealed this week that she had moved her mother, Kerry Brown, into her lavish Brighton mansion.

Sharing a photo to Instagram Stories on Tuesday, Bec showed her stunning mum hard at work in the kitchen. 

And it appears that the Judds are quite the fans of dip, with the video featuring Bec spruiking her favourite organic hummus

Bec boasted that she no longer has to worry about feeding her family as her mum is all over it.

‘Having mum live with us the last few months after she retired and regularly cook dinner for our tribe has been truly wonderful,’ Bec wrote in her caption.

‘I don’t even have to think about it. It’s just done.’

Bec added ‘And it’s usually a #fucyum’ which appears to be a word she coined herself, meaning delicious.

The model and influencer shares four children – Oscar, 12, Billie, 10, and twins Tom and Darcy, eight – with retired footy great Chris. 

Bec recently posted never-before-seen throwback images from when she was pregnant with her twin boys.

She shared intimate photos to Instagram, last week, from early on in her final pregnancy, revealing she had no idea she was due to give birth to twins. 

Bec was all smiles as she cradled her daughter in her arms, wearing a pair of black bikini bottoms and a white tank top which barely showed her growing bump.

‘iPhone mems popping up. I was pregnant here with what I thought was one baby,’ Bec captioned the eight-year-old image.

‘I was like, “Wow, this third pregnancy has really cooked me,”‘ she added alongside a sick-face emoji.

The WAG then revealed her surprise twin pregnancy came some weeks later during her second ultrasound scan.

Sharing an image of the said scan, which showed two babies in her uterus, Bec wrote: ‘And then this happened…’

Bec and Chris welcomed Oscar in 2011, before the now mother-of-four gave birth to her only daughter, Billie, in 2014. Tom and Darcy came in 2016.
