Manchester City reached their eighth FA Cup semi-final in nine seasons by coming from behind to win at Bournemouth on Sunday.

City, who lost 2-1 at the Vitality Stadium in the Premier League in November, had a golden chance to take the lead on Sunday after Tyler Adams handled the ball inside the penalty area.

But Erling Haaland saw his penalty kick saved by Bournemouth keeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.

The home side then opened the scoring in the 21st minute when Evanilson bundled home from close range.

However, City equalised three minutes after half-time when substitute Nico O’Reilly set up Haaland with a fine run and cross.

Haaland then limped off with an injury and was replaced by Omar Marmoush, who scored the winning goal following another assist by O’Reilly.

City will now face Nottingham Forest at Wembley over the last weekend of April.
