Australia’s No. 1 luxury real estate agent, Gavin Rubinstein, is single again after ending his short-lived relationship with glamorous model Holly Young.

The pair haven’t announced their split, nor did they respond to queries about their status, but two separate sources tell us they are no longer together.

Plus, the two haven’t posted about each other on Instagram for months, nor do they appear to be following one another.

Insiders say Young and Rubenstein, the sharp-dressed star of the streaming series Luxe Listings Sydney, quietly ended their romance late last year. They had only debuted as a couple last August.

We’ve heard they called things off while on holiday in Japan in November, but this hasn’t been confirmed and details of what exactly happened are thin on the ground.

The rumour mill began spinning on Christmas Day when Young reposted an Instagram Story hinting she’d spent the holiday at a winery and Rubenstein was nowhere to be seen.

Rubenstein, who was Ray White’s No. 1 seller before starting his own luxury real estate agency, The Rubinstein Group, later rang in the New Year in New York City – without Young.

He then jetted to Saint Barthélemy for another holiday.

Young, meanwhile, has been living the influencer life in Sydney and hanging out with her good mate Carina Mirabile, who recently had a star turn on Married At First Sight.

We’ve heard from well-placed insiders that Rubenstein is expected to make an appearance at his business partner’s wedding this weekend and guests are already hyping him up as ‘Australia’s most eligible bachelor’.

We wish him luck.

Young was famously linked to Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt in 2017 and was rumoured to have been involved with English footballer Phil Jagielka in 2019.

Rubenstein has also dated his share of beauties, and in 2023 split from model Alexandra Dankwa after three years together.

Prior to that he dated Simmy Hay, the younger sister of heiress Lou O’Neil.
