A legend of the WWE has posted images of a terrifying car crash that totaled his vehicle. But somehow, he managed to escape with only minor injuries.

Mick Foley, the 59-year-old three-time former WWF Champion and Hall-of-Famer, shared pics from a terrifying collision.

Foley, who wore a tie dye t-shirt in the style of one of his three wrestling personas, shared that he had to check himself into a hospital to receive further care after the wreck.

‘TOUGH DAY FOR MICK!,’ the Indiana native posted.

‘I have no idea how I am still walking around after this accident. I’m in the hospital now, and I’m sore from my knees to my neck, including a minor concussion.’

But considering how serious the crash looked, it’s something of a miracle that nothing worse happened.

Foley – who wrestled under the alternate personas ‘Cactus Jack’, ‘Mankind’, and ‘Dude Love’ – is a four-time world champion in wrestling.

He made his name during the ‘Attitude Era’ of wrestling, winning three WWF Championships in the late-1990s as well as a TNA World Championship in the late-2000s. Foley was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013.

In addition, he was an eight-time WWF Tag Team Champion – teaming up with other wrestling legends like Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, and Kane.

Recently, he revealed that he had undergone some extreme weight loss with the help of diet, exercise, and some prescription medication. As of January, he’s down from 370 pounds to around 280 pounds.

‘I did it the old-fashioned way, it was really a three-step process,’ said the WWE icon.

‘Healthier eating, working out, and I cheated. I went to a doctor, they saw me at over 370 pounds and suggested I could use a little help in the form of Wegovy. I know some people call it cheating, I just thought it was levelling the playing field.

‘I’d lost all my strength, my metabolism was at an all-time low, I was gaining weight by the day. I couldn’t walk up a slight incline when I was getting off my plane without having to sit down for five or ten minutes,’ he added.

‘I thought, ‘I’m a heart attack waiting to happen,’ and if I need a little help, I should take that. So man, I’m taking it pretty easy. DDPYoga, some swimming.

‘I’m not 21, I can’t jump into things like I did last year and think I can just go back to working out like I did when I was 21 and in pretty good shape. I feel pretty good. I’m feeling good,’ stated Foley.
