Emma Raducanu has just eight sponsorship deals remaining in what will come as the latest blow to the star following a tough few years on court.

As revealed by the Mail on Sunday last weekend, Raducanu has been axed from her partnership with Vodafone, which was worth around £3million per year.

Sources say the communications giant decided against renewing its deal because she was allegedly demanding too much money.

MailOnline also exclusively revealed in October that she was also allegedly stripped of a Porsche having been given one in the wake of her 2021 US Open victory as an 18-year-old.

A Porsche spokesman also confirmed at the time that she was no longer in possession of one of the company’s vehicles.

After becoming the first qualifier to win a Grand Slam title at the 2021 US Open, Raducanu – whose parents work in finance – signed highly lucrative deals with companies including Dior, Evian, HSBC and Vodafone.

Her company, Harbour 6 Ltd, recorded a profit of £9.6million in 2023.

However, she made clear in an interview that owning such an enviable set of wheels hadn’t gone to her head.

‘I’m not just Emma Raducanu who arrives in a Porsche, wears Dior and flies first class,’ she said.

But her sponsorship deals have now been reduced to below double figures with the return of the Grand Slam season and the French Open fast approaching.

However, she is still involved with lucrative deals from a number of other brands, including from Nike and Wilson – who provide her match and training and act as her racquet sponsor respectively.

She is said to make around £100,000 year from each brand while serving as ambassador for luxury fashion brands Dior and Tiffany & Co.

That saw her sport Tiffany-branded jewellery during her charge to the title at Flushing Meadows almost four years ago.

The 22-year-old has also appeared in makeup and skincare campaigns for Dior Beauty, having also attended their fashion runway shows.

Interestingly, given her previous affiliation with Porsche, the British star failed to be granted with a wildcard into this year’s Porsche Tennis Grand Prix, a WTA 500 clay event in Stuttgart, Germany.

Alternatively, she opted to compete in a WTA 250 event in Rouen, France, instead.

She was ranked as the seventh-highest-earning female athlete in the world by Sportico in 2024, banking £11.2m ($14.7m) on and off the court and a further £10million ($14million) coming from brand deals.

However, that figure looks likely to fall by the end of 2025 given the number of her sponsorship deals remaining.
