Married At First Sight bride Jamie Marinos’ ‘single girl era’ might have ended before it even began. 

The season 12 fan favourite, 28, was spotted flying from her home in Melbourne to the Gold Coast on Wednesday, where she was picked up from the airport by her cast mate Eliot Donovan. 

The MAFS groom, 35, was partnered with brides Lauren Hall and Veronica Cloherty in the experiment, but set his sights on newly single Jamie at Daily Mail Australia’s exclusive reunion party last month. 

Jamie was spotted meeting Eliot at the arrivals gate, wearing a pair of micro black bike shorts and a cropped grey sweatshirt. 

She went make up free for her travels, finishing her look with a pair of Vans sneakers and a fresh set of hot pink nails. 

Eliot looked overjoyed to be reunited with her, grinning as he lifted Jamie’s large pink suitcase into the back of his Jeep.

Eliot and Jamie packed on the PDA as they headed out for a date at Movie World together on Thursday before Eliot’s scheduled appearance at Bedroom Nightclub on the Gold Coast on Friday

Eliot, who flaunted his sleeve tattoos in a singlet and slides, put on a chivalrous display as he helped the petite blonde into the passenger side of his vehicle. 

The Gold Coast-based businessman placed one hand on the small of her back as he assisted Jamie into the car. 

She was later seen being greeted by Eliot’s dog outside of his home on Wednesday night. 

The sighting came ahead of Eliot’s appearance at the Bedroom Nightclub on Friday. 

In the weeks since they shared a bed together in Sydney after Daily Mail Australia’s Reunion party, the pair have continued to fan the flames of romance rumours. 

Neither has publicly confirmed a relationship, leaving some question as to whether their outings together are to gain social media attention, at least in the mind of Jamie’s ex TV husband Dave Hand. 

‘What are your thoughts on Jamie and Eliot getting together?’ one fan asked Dave in an Instagram Q&A session on Thursday. 

‘Honestly, I don’t have any thoughts on it. I couldn’t give a… I don’t care,’ he said in a video posted to his Stories.  ‘But I highly doubt she’s going to sleep with three cast members from this year’s season,’ he scoffed.

‘I think it’s just a TikTok, Instagram thing – whatever they’re doing,’ Dave continued. ‘But good luck to them, honestly. Best wishes.’ 

Jamie and Eliot responded by posting a short clip from their very public date at Warner Bros. Movie World on Friday, replying to a fan who commented: ‘Dave did in fact care.’ 

In the video, Eliot laughed and said, ‘We’re in this together,’ while he wrapped an arm around Jamie’s shoulders as they prepared to go on a roller coaster ride. 

The date had Jamie literally jumping for joy as she spent the day with her new partner in life and/or social media. 

Jamie and Eliot certainly looked every inch the loved-up couple as they packed on the PDA for all to see at the theme park. 

Eliot spent most of the day with an arm around Jamie’s shoulders, holding her hand, or gently touching her back. 

For their date, Jamie wore a pair of denim shorts, paired with a tight top, a black denim jacket and a pair of Vans. 

Eliot looked equally casual in a pair of beige cargos and a matching polo shirt. 

 As for whether this is true romance or social media showmance, time will tell.

In exclusive footage of Daily Mail’s Reunion Party, Jamie said viewers were worried about what happened between her groom Dave and Veronica, but joked they should have been worried about her and Eliot instead.

The moment began when Eliot read out a question about his experience on MAFS.

‘Did you ever hook up with or kiss another MAFS cast member who wasn’t your match?’ he read, as his co-stars began to laugh.

Eliot looked bashful as he shrugged his shoulders and seemed reluctant to answer as Jamie quickly touched his arm and said: ‘Sit down, Eliot.’

But Awhina Rutene promptly shouted out, ‘What did I walk into this morning, Eliot?’ hinting she caught Jamie and the groom in bed together.

‘Not yet. Not yet,’ Eliot said of his romantic experiences with other brides, with Jamie agreeing: ‘The night is young guys. Don’t c*** block me.’

Jamie and Eliot also seemed unable to keep their hands off each other during the reunion dinner, as the groom was seen placing his arm around the bride and across the back of her chair while they sat with each other.

At one point, as a waiter handed Jamie a cocktail, she gestured for them to hand one to Eliot too, saying: ‘Oh, thank you. Oh, and then one for my husband.’

As everyone looked at her in a state of shock, she added: ‘Sucked in guys. You thought it was Dave and Veronica!’
