Liverpool fans are all saying the same thing about Trent Alexander-Arnold after he helped guide the club to the Premier League title.

The Reds thrashed Tottenham 5-1 to secure an historic 20th title in emphatic fashion at Anfield on Sunday. 

Alexander-Arnold made his first start since their loss defeat by PSG in March, where he suffered an ankle that sidelined him for several weeks. 

Once the final whistle blew, the Liverpool players and coaching staff came together on the pitch to celebrate their latest league triumph. 

Alexander-Arnold stood in front of the Kop end, soaking in the celebrations with a beaming smile, as the jubilant fans cheered him and his teammates on. 

The 26-year-old’s contract expires at the end of the season and has been heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid.

The right-back’s contract ends this summer and has been linked with a move to Real Madrid

However, Liverpool fans insists he must remain with the club, especially after Liverpool’s successful campaign. 

One said on X: ‘TRENT YOU GOTTA STAY MAN COME ON. LET YOUR SOUL BE MOVED BY THE EMOTIONS. SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE’. 

A second fan posted: ‘Trent’s instagram post. Really hope he soaks this all in and decides well’.

‘You won’t get this anywhere else, Trent,’ a third said, while another wrote,’Trent can’t leave after this man he can’t’.

Another Reds supporter added: ‘If Trent is involved in these celebrations with his boyhood club and still wants to leave I have no words.’

Meanwhile, Alexander-Arnold was spotted in conversation with liverpool owner John W Henry. 

Speaking last week, Reds captain Virgil van Dijk insisted he and his team-mates are in the dark over Alexander-Arnold’s future. 

The Dutchman said: ‘I think he’s under a lot of pressure already so there’s no point for me to put him on the spot.

‘I think we forget that we are dealing with a human being. Sometimes he goes through so many moments in the last couple of months and everyone will have an opinion on the way he’s obviously been. 

‘For us as players, we want to win games and he’s been important throughout the whole season. He’s been important for all the years that we have been together. There’s still games to go and we need to have the best Trent Alexander-Arnold and whatever happens in the future, that’s life and football and we’ll see.
