Rita Ora has reportedly parted ways with Kate Moss’s modelling agency after seven years, becoming the latest celebrity to exit the firm.

The Poison singer, 34, joined her friend’s agency in 2018 but is now said to be moving on as she shifts her focus toward securing global brand deals.

According to The Sun, Rita is preparing to expand her reach internationally, having signed with major US firm Range Media back in October.

An insider told the publication: ‘Rita and Kate are still pals, but the time has come for them to do their own thing when it comes to business.

‘Rita recently signed with Range, which handles all areas of her career — including music, film, TV and brand deals.

‘It made sense for Rita to part ways with the Kate Moss Agency and have all of her deals in one place.’

The insider added that Kate had been a great mentor to Rita, who gained ‘valuable experience during her time in the modelling industry’.

MailOnline had contacted Kate and Rita’s representatives for comment.

Prior to signing with Kate, Rita was signed to Next models, who she had been with for six years.

Meanwhile, Rolling Stones legend Keith Richards’ granddaughter, Ella Richards, has also vanished from Kate’s agency’s website.

Ella, who is Kate’s goddaughter, is currently dating photographer Sascha Von Bismarck – the brother of Kate’s ex-boyfriend, aristocrat Nikolai Von Bismarck.

The supermodel founded her talent agency in September 2016 and her 2024 accounts revealed the huge amount Kate’s firm has raked in.

For the year ending July 31, 2023, the agency held £5.9million in assets which included £2.6million in cash.

It owed £1.5million in bills but just £13 in bank loans and overdrafts. The net assets rose from £3.5million in July 2022 to £4.31million.

A source told The Sun: ‘Kate started the business at the time Lila was starting to model.

‘It was also at the time Kate herself was changing her lifestyle and stopping her renowned partying.

‘So it has been a roaring success and she has other high-profile stars on the books.

‘Kate has so much experience in the industry and has been able to apply it to what she knows best — modelling.’

MailOnline contacted a representative for Kate for comment at the time.

It previously emerged Kate had almost tripled the income of the bevy of young models signed to her modelling agency.

In 2023, accounts stated: ‘Included in trade creditors is £2,123,670 due to models in 2022, which was £813,929 in 2021.’

Her company website says of her young talent: ‘I want to focus on managing people’s careers, not just running an agency.’
