One of The Bachelor franchise’s most popular stars shared heartbreaking news with her fans on Thursday. 

Catherine Giudici, 39, shared the devastating that her father had died with one sweet, but sad sentence. ‘Bye Daddy. I love you. See you soon ❤️’

She listed his birth and death dates writing, ‘Carey Couper Giudici 4/3/48-5/10/25.’

A carousel of photos and videos show sweet family moments the reality star and influencer spent with her late father, including photos of him with her and her siblings. 

One included a photo with the award winning journalist and poet with the graphic artist and her sisters in front of of a McDonald’s. 

Catherine also shared more recent photos of her dad with her, her siblings and her mom.

Other snaps show Carey Giudici as a loving grandfather to Samuel, almost 10, Isaiah, eight, and Mia, five, reading to them and hanging out with around the house.

An online obituary  revealed Carey died in Mexico after experiencing difficulty breathing. 

It describes the devoted dad and granddad as ‘a man of intellect, quiet strength, and deep curiosity. He was a writer, a thinker, a father, a grandfather, a twin brother, and to many, a guide through life’s intricate paths.’

‘He adored his daughters and grandchildren, who appear in the final photographs shared by his family—a reminder of the joy and love he gave and received in his later years.’

News of Catherine’s dad’s death brought in condolences from the around the world. 

‘I’m so sorry. I lost my Dad too and it was the hardest thing to deal with. Sending you all the strength and love . ❤️’ wrote Dancing with the Stars alum Peta Murgatroyd.

‘Sending you and your family my love. God bless his soul,’ penned former The Bachelor host Chris Harrison. 

‘I am so so sorry, Catherine. Sending prayers up that your family is wrapped in strength and love in this difficult time. ❤️’ wrote The Bachelorette star Trista Rhen Sutter.

Catherine shares her kids with former Bachelor Sean Lowe, 41.  

Theirs is one of the few matchups from the popular ABC reality show that made it to the alter and has remained solid. 

Millions watched as the couple married in a televised ceremony in January 2014.
