Saoirse Ronan looked effortlessly stylish as she stepped out at the Louis Vuitton Cruise 2026 photocall in France on Thursday night.

The Irish actress, 31, looked as elegant as ever as she joined other A-list guests at the Palais Des Papes in Avignon, not far from where Cannes Film Festival is underway.

She oozed sophistication in a strapped black silk dress featuring lace detailing across the chest, which she styled with a pair of sandals.

Saoirse, who is married to fellow actor Jack Lowden, let her outfit do all the talking as she kept her accessories minimal.

She styled her golden locks in a straight fashion over her shoulders and added to her stunning features with a rosy make-up palette.

She joined other A-list guests in stepping out to watch Louis Vuitton unveil its 2026 Cruise collection under the direction of designer Nicolas Ghesquière.

The brand overtook the Palais Des Papes for the show and it marks the first time the 14th-century Gothic building has opened its doors to such a large scale fashion show.

Also in attendance were the likes of Sophie Turner, Emma Stone, Cate Blanchett and Alicia Vikander, among many others. 

Despite both being huge Hollywood stars, Saoirse and Jack tend to keep their romance under wraps, but he recently gave an insight into their love life.

Last month, Jack detailed the moment he fell in love with his ‘remarkable’ wife when they met on the set of 2019 film Mary Queen of Scots.

He told The Times: ‘There was me at 27 thinking about stopping because I felt self-conscious or like I didn’t know how to do it. 

‘And then watching this 23-year-old carry the weight of a huge film like that with ease and grace and majesty. It was remarkable to watch. 

‘She makes it look so easy, like breathing. It was totally inspiring.’

Last month, Saoirse’s husband Jack Lowden (pictured in December) detailed the moment he fell in love with his ‘remarkable’ wife when they met filming 2019 film Mary Queen of Scots 

He also opened up about how they juggle their busy work schedules and spending time together. 

Jack told the publication: ‘We just have to check in with each other a lot. Obviously it made it a lot easier when we worked on the same project.’

The couple tied the knot last year in an intimate ceremony in Edinburgh, Scotland, after six years together.

Saoirse previously revealed the moment she realised Jack was the person she was going to marry.

Speaking on Ruthie’s Table 4 podcast, the Little Women star said: ‘Jack loves how much I love food.

‘I was eating a burger and I was like, ”What are you looking at?”

‘He said, ”I’m watching you eat that because you’re getting so much out of it.” That was when I knew.’
