Gemma – who miraculously managed to not injure herself during SSE Arena tumble – slipped into a pair of ripped knee black denims for the occasion which hugged her shapely pins.
The ITVBe star teamed the low-key denims with a chic semi-sheer black blouse which boasted lace three-quarter-length sleeves.
Looking bronzed, she added inches to her statuesque frame with a pair of mesh caged heels as she navigated the cobbled path outside.
Keeping her accessories to a minimum, she paired a statement watch with her Louis Vuitton tote.

Elsewhere, Gemma revealed earlier this month that she had wet herself onstage after falling through a trapdoor in front of a 12,000-strong crowd at the Radio 1 Teen Awards, because she was laughing so hard.
However, while she admitted the incident was ‘hilarious’, Gemma did acknowledge how serious the fall had actually been – and claimed it has caused her a string of health problems ever since.

Speaking to OK! Magazine, the bubbly blonde admitted the tumble was one of the best moments of her life – and that she was laughing so much she even wet herself, despite the pain.
She confessed: ‘It was bloody painful. I’ll never live it down. I was laughing so much I wet myself.
‘My legs could have been chopped off under the stage, but people loved the comeback. It was the best thing of my life! I was at Wembley and thinking, this must be how Robbie Williams feels, and then next thing you know: bang, down the hole!’
However, Gemma went on to claim the fall had led to a slew of health issues, which she believes is a result of her delayed shock.
Stepping out: Looking bronzed, she added inches to her statuesque frame with a pair of mesh caged heels as she navigated the cobbled path outside
All in the details: Keeping her accessories to a minimum, she paired a statement watch with her Louis Vuitton tote
She explained: ‘My mum said it would come out of me at a later stage because of the shock, and I do think where I’ve not been well recently that’s happening.’
Yet, having previously confessed she could have been seriously hurt or even killed by the tumble, she added: ‘But I’m just happy to be alive, it could have been fatal. I was in a lot of pain.’
Gemma has endured a difficult few weeks with regard to her health – having recently suffered from a painful bout of cystitis, causing her to cancel a public appearance in Sheffield.
She wrote on Twitter last month: ‘On doctor’s orders I’ve got to stay in bed,I have got a water infection so I’m not feeling great.

All smiles: Gemma beamed as she arrived for the festive night
‘I’m so sorry guys, these things happen. I’m so sorry if anyone’s upset and stuff. I’m honestly not feeling that great. Don’t think I’m turning my back on you.’
Just a week later, the TOWIE star was then found collapsed at home due to kidney stones – which were causing her ‘agonising pain’.
Gemma was discovered on her bathroom floor at 9am by her make-up artist, and was immediately rushed to medical help.
The TV personality was on bed rest until she headed to Suffolk to film the TOWIE Christmas special earlier this month.

Gemma blames her recent illness on the shocking fall, which took place at London’s Wembley Arena during the BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards in October.
The TOWIE star – who has also appeared on I’m A Celebrity and Celebrity Big Brother – had been onstage to announce Love Island as the winner for Best TV Show.
Not realising that the trap door beside her had opened, Gemma began to dance and twirl for crowds in celebration, and ended up plunging down the hole onstage.
Double trouble: Speaking to OK! Magazine, the bubbly blonde admitted the tumble was one of the best moments of her life – and that she was laughing so much she even wet herself, despite the pain
Only making matters worse, the blonde landed on top of Love Island stars Jamie Jewitt, Amber Davies and Marcel Somerville, who had been coming through the trap door to collect their gong.
Proving that chivalry isn’t dead, Jamie and Marcel quickly turned towards Gemma to help her get back to her feet, while Amber greeted the SSE Arena, demonstrating that the show must go on.
Putting on a brave face, the ITV star later reassured the 12,500 concert goers that she was OK following the nasty tumble.
She called out to packed out crowd: ‘Oh my god. Guys sorry about that. This is live, this is what happens.’
Gemma hinted she was planning to sue the BBC for her injuries, but appeared not to go through with her case.
