Todd Fisher honored his late sister Carrie on Thursday at an historic Los Angeles theater.
The 59-year-old actor was joined by Star Wars characters Darth Vader, R2-D2 and C-3PO for a ceremony at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.
Carrie who played Princess Leia in the enduring franchise was remembered during an opening ceremony that drew fans dressed in Star Wars costumes.

A large plaque commemorating the actress was unveiled and it read: ‘Dedicated to Carrie by the TCL Chinese Theatre, her Star Wars home since 1977 ”We love you Carrie”.’
Todd also cut cake for fans just hours before the latest installment Star Wars: The Last Jedi opened at the Hollywood theater.
Star Wars creator George Lucas, 73, previously recalled dining across the street from then-Mann’s Chinese Theater when the film came out in 1977 and marveling as lines stretched down the block.
Carrie died aged 60 on December 27 in Los Angeles after finishing her filming for Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Star Wars star Mark Hamill, 66, said he was still coping with her death.
‘It’s so hard for me to think of her in the past tense because she is so alive in my mind,’ The Daily Telegraph reports Mark as saying.
‘She’s irreplaceable and we all loved her and it was impossible not to have fun when you were around Carrie.’

Carrie died after suffering cardiac arrest and the next day her mother Debbie Reynolds suffered a stroke at Todd’s home while the family was in the middle of planning Carrie’s funeral.
Reynolds was rushed to hospital, but died later that afternoon at the age of 84.
Carrie’s daughter and Debbie’s granddaughter Billie Lourd, 25, will reprise her role as Kaydel Ko Connix in Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
