One of the ‘rich kids’ of Russia has been blasted for dangerously swerving their car between attractions in St Petersburg at night in a video posted to Instagram.

Taunting the police, the caption under the video asked: ‘Where is my ticket please?’

The footage, originally posted to an illegal street drift account, was recorded on a drone and shows off the high speeds the driver reached.

In the video on the Rich Russian Kids Instagram, the car is driven around St Isaac’s Square, one of the main public spaces in the area, between the iconic tourist locations St Isaac’s Cathedral and the Mariinsky Palace.

Some Instagram commenters didn’t like the video, with one saying: ‘I was impressed only by the beauty of the city, and a beautiful song.’

Another said: ‘Why become a potential killer?’

The video has been viewed nearly 350,000 times. 

Although the video was filmed at night when the streets are less busy, there are still a few cars passing by in the clip.
