Manchester United are plotting a swoop for Bordeaux winger Malcom.
Jose Mourinho sent his scouts to follow the 20-year-old’s progress last season and are weighing-up a move for the youngster in the January transfer window.
Malcom, who moved to Bordeaux from Corinthians in 2015-16, has been in sensational form this season, scoring seven goals from 16 appearances in Ligue 1.

United are on the hunt for a winger and a full-back and have identified the Brazil U23 international as one of their prime targets.
They will however need to make their opening gambit close to the £30million mark with the Ligue 1 side reluctant to sell their talented youngster.
Another stumbling block for United is their timing. Bordeaux would be open to selling Malcom if their valuation can be met but may be unwilling to negotiate until the summer.

Mourinho is also keeping one eye on Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale.
The Wales international has been linked with a move to Old Trafford for some time now amid his injury woes at Madrid but a deal to sign him is also unlikely to be discussed until the summer window opens.
