They’re the loved-up couple who’ve been in a committed relationship for years.
And now, according to New Idea, Bindi Irwin, 19, and boyfriend Chandler Powell, 21, are ENGAGED.
The magazine reports that a ‘source’ at the Irwin’s Australia Zoo told the publication: ‘We’ve heard that Chandler proposed to Bindi last week, and that he asked Terri for her blessing, which she of course gave.’

According to the publication, American born Chandler is thought to have popped the question on December 11, the same day Bindi shared a sentimental throwback snap of the pair taken in April 2015.
‘We spent this day with our families smiling and laughing by the lake. I am so glad we found each other in this great big world. I love you,’ the wildlife queen captioned a photo that showed her cuddling her shirtless beau.
Not wasting any time, the pair are thought to have already decided upon a very sentimental wedding venue – Australia Zoo.

‘Management have told us there could be a ‘huge event’ next year at the zoo – so of course everyone’s thinking it must be Bindi and Chandler’s wedding,’ the source at the Queensland compound divulged to New Idea.
The ‘insider’ further claimed: ‘Maybe they’ll get the animals involved – or even open it up to the general public!’
New Idea alleges that even proud mum Terri is excited about the nuptials, dropping a major clue on her Twitter account on December 12.

However, it’s widely believed the real reason the 53-year-old shared the photo was to celebrate Australia’s recognition of marriage equality.
‘Congratulations Australia! After January 8th everyone can get married! (Bindi the flower girl not included.)’ she captioned the picture.
