The latest scandal to rock The Block occurred on Monday’s show, when Elyse Knowles and boyfriend Josh Barker had their non-compliant winning kitchen dobbed in by rival Jason.
Josh and Elyse had won kitchen week and scored full marks – 30 out of 30 – for their stunning space.
The young couple scored a whopping $10,000 for the win, but were knocked off their pedestal after Jason noticed their gas stove top was too close to their caesarstone splashback.

‘So ours is a bit of a strategic move and we think you guys are pretty amazing, pretty capable and so were going to just have to take $8,500 from your budget,’ Georgia told the pair.

Josh had a go at Ronnie and Georgia after hearing the news, saying: ‘Wouldn’t expect anything else from a couple like you guys.’
Ronnie then apologised but as the couples walked back to their work sites, they took digs at one another.
‘Good luck guys,’ Josh said.
Elyse added: ‘Have fun getting all that rubbish,’ referring to the rubbish they dumped in a room in their house from the first renovation, rather than putting it in a bin and saving Ronnie and Georgia time.
‘You want to have some good ideas, it’s a big week,’ Josh added.

‘It hasn’t gone unnoticed Elyse has been cropping Georgia out of group shots on social media and making digs at her,’ a set insider told Woman’s Day.
Elyse made another remark about Georgia and partner Ronnie only weeks ago via Instagram, when they didn’t show up at her partner Josh’s birthday celebrations.
‘Thanks to Scotty for putting on a big feast and those who made the effort to come along…’ she captioned on her post.
However, Georgia has hit back at the ongoing hostility between the two, claiming that the ‘immature behaviour’ that goes on behind the scenes is something that has taken its toll on her.
‘Ron was sort of fine with it – it probably affected me more than anything’ she told the publication.
‘At one point I was struggling to get out of bed for days.’
While Georgia claims she has confronted counsellors over the issue, Elyse and partner Josh have said that the pair deserve the malevolence, labeling them as ‘untrustworthy’, following the iPad cheating allegations.
