Stacey Solomon welcomed her daughter to the world on her 32nd birthday on Monday.
And in the lead up to Princess Pickle’s arrival, the star chronicled the creation of her newborn’s incredible nursery with her 4.7million Instagram followers, all the way up to the yet-unnamed baby’s birth at home this week.
Known for her penchant for arts and crafts, Stacey and her fiancé Joe Swash has created a girly haven within ‘Pickle Cottage’ – the plush Essex countryside pad featuring Tudor-style beams, a library and 2.5 acres of land which they purchased earlier this year and she has now welcomed the tot to their home.
The room features a vast pink flower wall, an upcycled changing table, a princess-worthy wardrobe, perfectly crafted additions and a high-end 360° Bassinet from American brand HALO.

One of the boldest elements of Stacey’s nursery is the flower wall, which the star created herself using a glue gun and sheets of artificial flowers [which Stacey calls Fejkas], in a process she documented on social media.

Alongside a timelapse video, she penned: ‘So Joe put the mirror up. This is only a little room so I thought the mirror would open it out a bit and it really did. Then I just cut my flower panels around the mirror and nailed them in first then staple gunned any loose bits…
Honestly, it’s not for everyone but this to me is fejka heaven and just everything. Obviously as she gets older and starts crawling I’ll make sure she doesn’t eat it but for now and for quite some time before we are there I just love it so much. Baby girl I can’t wait to see you in this mirror.’

On Thursday, Stacey gave a sweet update on her newborn daughter as she shared a stunning snap and revealed she had barely slept yet was enjoying time with her ‘amazing’ baby.
Stacey penned: ‘We haven’t slept in a while but we are resting here having cuddles. I’m hoping my milk comes in today. Your messages are getting me through the night feeds Love you. We still don’t have a name for her yet, but she’s just so amazing…
‘This bubble is so surreal. I’m going to change my pyjamas today. I’ve become a bit sentimental to them and I’m worried she might not like the fresh ones.’
