Laura Hamilton has penned a cryptic message alongside a fun video with her two children amid her split from ex-husband Alex Goward.
The A Place In The Sun presenter, 40, took to Instagram on Thursday to post various snapshots of her holiday in Abu Dhabi with her little ones Tahlia, nine, and Rocco, seven.
Capturing the playful moment where the three held onto each other as they dived into the pool, Laura captioned her post with a quote: ‘Some people chase happiness… some people choose happiness.’
She appeared in the video looking in good spirits as she wore a yellow zebra print bikini with wet hair and no makeup on.
The edited clip was reversed to make it look like the trio were launching out of the pool, defying gravity.

She has been enjoying her time in Abu Dhabi showcasing her physique in various two-pieces in the sunny UAE hotspot.
The presenter looked incredible in the snake print two-piece as she sat at an outdoor table by the pool at the lavish five star Rixos The Palm hotel.
She pulled her shoulder length blonde tresses back out of her face in a chic pink headband and hid behind a pair of dark sunglasses.
Laura also shared a second picture to her Instagram Story as she walked along the beach in the swimwear.
She penned: ‘My first time in Abu Dhabi and super grateful to have Rocco, Tahlia and Shelley along for the ride! @michelle_smithy191. WOW what a setting…’
Laura relaxed with a cocktail at the lavish hotel as she wore a pair of oversized sunglasses while making the most of soaring temperatures across the United Arab Emirates earlier this week.
Sharing a photo of herself with a cocktail the glaring sun visible to her rear, she wrote: ‘Aperol Hour – Enjoying the chilled tunes and loving the vibe of this place!’
It comes after the well travelled presenter revealed she plans to focus on herself following her split from husband Alex Goward.

Speaking to the Daily Star, she admitted to spending more time in the gym, taking flying lessons and renovating her new house.
Laura explained: ‘I put a little gym in for myself and have a fitness regime with my friend, who is living with me at the moment, and we work out. I think having a workout partner keeps you motivated.
She continued: ‘I don’t think it’s good to get hung up on weight. It’s just how I feel, and to feel healthy is more important to me than what the scales say.’
Laura added: ‘I’m learning to fly so I can fly myself to my own travel destinations. I’ve done 16-and-a-half hours so far, so I’ve still got away to go, but I’m enjoying it and I’d like to get my license this year – fingers crossed.’
Laura shares two children with her ex-husband Alex, but they have remained on good terms following their split.

‘Our children are and always will be our number one priority and we would respect privacy for our family at this time.’
Shortly after the split was confirmed, Laura revealed she had moved into a new property in Surrey, close by to their marital home, revealing she was in the midst of a big renovation.
The former couple also owned a coffee shop in Purley called Lord Roberts on The Green but three months after the break-up, it changed ownership.
