Abbie Chatfield’s ex Konrad Bien-Stephen is ‘madly in love’ with new girlfriend

Look away now, Abbie! Konrad Bien-Stephen says he’s ‘madly in love’ with his new girlfriend Thelma Plum – after his ex shared a cryptic post about ‘missing someone’

Konrad Bien-Stephen has well and truly moved on from Abbie Chatfield following their very public split in September last year.

The Challenge Australia star, 32, debuted his new love, Aussie music star Thelma Plum, in January and he couldn’t be happier.

A fan favourite Bachelor alum, the reality television star gushed over his girlfriend on Thursday and confessed he is ‘madly in love’, reported Yahoo Lifestyle.

He said he felt ‘very grateful’ to have met the singer-songwriter and is excited to see what their future together holds.

‘I feel very lucky I have a beautiful partner who I’m madly in love with… I’m in a really good headspace at the moment and I’m really excited for what’s to come,’ he said.

It comes after his ex Abbie, 27, shared a cryptic post about ‘missing someone’ seven months after her split from Konrad.

The TV and radio host posted a picture of a sign to Instagram on Wednesday which read: ‘Missing someone is not an excuse to re-enter a toxic cycle.’

While it’s not clear who the post is about, her most recent romance was with fellow reality star Konrad.

The pair, who were in an open relationship, split in September.

At the time of her break-up, Abbie said she felt ‘anxious’ about releasing a statement, and added she probably won’t share her relationship publicly again.

‘No one did anything bad or awful, there’s no drama to it. It was not because we were in an open relationship. Nothing bad happened,’ she continued.

Abbie denied rumours their break-up was ‘messy’, adding: ‘I don’t really owe any of you an explanation.’
