She is a body positive role model. 

And Abbie Quinnen took to Instagram on Friday to show off her amazing figure in a classic bathroom mirror selfie. 

The 24-year-old dancer flaunted her toned abs in a floral patterned bikini top with short sleeves and matching string bottoms.

The dancer had a full face of glam with bold brows and dark smokey eyes. 

Abbie’s flowing platinum hair had a gentle beach wave and her ensemble was polished with purple nails and gold jewellery. 

She posted to her 88,000 instagram followers with the caption ‘summer’s loading’.

It wasn’t long before comments flooded in from celebrity pals such as Vicky Pattison and mummy blogger Gemma Bird. 

Abbie was involved in a tragic accident last year where a Youtube challenge went wrong as herself and her boyfriend, AJ Pritchard, 27, tried to turn a wine bottle into a vase. 

The model was left with 3rd degree burns on her face, neck, shoulder and arm. She also lost part of her ear and a section of hair due to the engulfing flames.   

During an interview on Wednesday with Christine Lampard, Abbie explained how embarrassed she felt, she said: ‘The burns unit looked after me so well. 

‘I felt like I looked horrific and if AJ or my family saw me it would break their hearts. I was embarrassed of how I looked. It was a lot of trauma’.

Abbie went on to talk about how both her and AJ had therapy, she explained: ‘I eventually took up the offer of therapy. AJ got some too.

‘He was trying to be strong but he would leave the room and cry and one time I found him crying hysterically on the sofa. I didn’t know what to do’.

Over the last year Abbie has had multiple skin grafts and is becoming more and more positive.
