Abs are out! Research has revealed what women REALLY what when it comings to dating

Dating has become more complicated, with many people feeling like they’re out of the game.

But it seems as though the one group of singles who have nothing to worry about is single dads, with new research revealing that women find them more attractive than ever.

Zoosk surveyed 3,051 single women and analysed 301,242 messages which revealed dads are ‘so hot right now’.

According to the research, 92 per cent of single women are open to dating single dads, with 55 per cent ‘very open’ to the idea.

The surprises don’t stop there, as it also showed that the appeal of a six pack is no longer as attractive as in the past.

In fact, 86 per cent of women are completely fine with the ‘dad bod’, with nearly a quarter (24 per cent) finding them attractive.

Zoosk also revealed that including the term ‘dad bod’ in a message means daters will be 41 per cent more likely to respond.

This is a notable increase from 2016, when only 83 per cent of single women surveyed said they were likely to date a single father.

Asking dad’s permission is still popular, as most women (61 per cent) still find it romantic and sweet when a man asks her father for her hand in marriage.

This being said, many women will still date someone their dad doesn’t approve of, with only 44 per cent saying they seek their fathers approval when it comes to who they date.
