Adam Manikis: Man breaks his penis and blogs his way back to health: ‘It blew up like a Coke can’

A Brisbane man has found a unique way to keep himself busy while recovering from a severe injury to his penis.

Adam Manikis, 35, an adult performer better known as ‘The Apollo Show’, was hospitalised after having an ‘accident’ while filming last month.

The 35-year-old suffered a blood clot in his manhood which ‘blew up like a Coke can’ following the incident. 

After doctors told him to abstain from any form of sexual activity for thirty days, Manikis has been regularly updating followers on how he is dealing with his unique condition in a now popular blog.

‘At the time I didn’t even think it was hurt that bad, I thought it was just bruised or something,’ he told the Courier Mail.

But then the next day it blew up like a Coke can, it was so swollen I was actually terrified.’ 

Calling his Instagram posts ‘The Flacid 30’, Manikis has uploaded 18 blogs so far, and has shared intimate details about his recovery.

‘Day 18 of the flaccid 30 I’m starting to lose my marbles,’ he said in a video share on Monday.

‘My big swollen marbles, So how’s it going? My energy been through the roof. Which means I’ve been training really well super productive. But my libido is at an all time high.’

Elsewhere in the video, he said his penis was ‘almost back to normal.’

‘Which is a huge relief,’ he added.

‘I’m still gonna play it safe and take the entire 30 days. ‘So I’ve still got 12 more days.’

Throughout his ordeal Manikis has shared how his lack of sexual activity has allowed him to put energy into ‘other tasks’.

‘I’m a task making machine,’ he boasted in one post.

Meanwhile, Manikis revealed to Daily Mail he has used his ‘downtime’ to launch a ‘male enhancement and cognitive support supplement’ called Blckwave.
